Our professional line DUO/DUO-S napkin production line is capable to calendar, print, emboss, laminate, lotion, fold and pack napkin sizes between 23 cm -40 cm as a most demanded products from market.
DESCRIPTION OF THE MACHINE OPERATION
Our Performance Line Duo and Duo-s series napkin production lines are designed and being continuously improve to work in high speed that market requires and technological possibilities that can be reach at. Line can be considered as a compact line that can offer all needed options and adds for a napkin producer company with high standards.
Duo and Duo-s lines are double head folding lines. There for you need to supply double width size of your final napkin open size that you will convert it. When you put your mother reel with help of your mother reel electrical or hydraulic loading apparat which is in standard supply list of Duo and Duo-s lines. Machine can be configurated from this point through; dust suction unit, ballerina unit, web guide, printing unit up to 6 colors, lamination unit (for point-to-point applications), embossing unit (edge or full-face) with cassette change system that allows you to change in very short time period compare to traditional systems. And slice unit with 2 web guides to guide paper in separately in 2 folding heads which also have cassette size system that allow you to use different folding heads for different napkin sizes. From these folding units will come out in a minute total 4000 napkins. These total 4000 napkins will be transferred to the wrapper machine with automatic transfer unit which is capable to transfer napkin stacks from minimum 3 cm to maximum 13 cm height. Duo and Duo-s transfer unit can coordinate folder and wrapper machine automatically. The accumulation and traffic function of transfer unit can help to stable work of folding and wrapper machine together. Wrapper machine PACK 400 and PACK 700 are wrapper options that can pack 40 packs and 70 packs per minute.
