HARMONY lines are single-headed folding lines. After coil loading with the help of coil electric lift, which is in the standard supply list of the Harmony line. Thanks to many different options, it provides the possibility of modification according to the needs; dust extraction unit, ballerina unit, edge control unit, printing unit up to 6 colors, lamination unit (for point-to-point applications), embossing unit with cassette changing system (frame or full surface), which allows you to change in a very short time, much shorter than traditional napkin machines It is known that changes can be made in time and production can be continued. Folding heads with cassette system can reach the maximum speed of 2000 napkin folding per minute. These stacked napkins can be transferred by separating the final product between 3 cm and 13 cm in package quantities with the help of the automatic transfer unit. The unit, which provides coordination between packaging and folding machines thanks to its accumulating feature, is of great importance for minimizing production disruptions. The transferred products have 50, 100 and 200 napkin configurations with PACK 700 napkin packaging machine or according to customer demand.
